AU Looking For Staff New It was One year since the world stood still, one year since a corporation started a test that almost caused the extinction of the human race. After a year of experimental practices sanctioned by a corrupt government the point of crossing the line finally occurred. Gene X well known as a privatized research company had been experimenting with warping the very fabric of the universe however in doing so made space shatter allowing for odd creatures to pour on out and cause havoc in the underground facility in the desert east of the city. The facility was locked down and the military was called in to rectify the situation. The first groups of personal that went down came back with depressive news of how far gone the situation had become. The machine that was powering the Anomaly and was stuck on. A few of the scientists that the forces had acquired had little to no explanation on how to fix the issue or what had truly happened. This, of course, meant that the government had to call in some of their own individuals suited for stopping a disaster from spreading. The head of this crack team of scientists was a professor who ran his own research company however unlike Gene x he was well regulated by his own ideals rather than purely for profit. This professor named Efleion Tafcor came up with a plan to shut down the machine that was causing the rupture and all he needed was a group of soldiers brave enough to carry it out at all costs. It was not long after the professor had finished building the device he had planned before the military had gathered a small group of their best-trained men. Their leader was Aaron Berrendow, his wife and only daughter were still in the Facility of all the chaos deep below the surface. Aaron and his group entered less than forty-eight hours into the calamity and returned on the forty-eighth hour a victor along with his only child. Quickly after the disaster had been averted the military was sent in to clear out the facility and rescue any survivors. When these survivors were brought out they were put through processing camps to identify each person that had been in the facility. This was because whilst down in the facility Aaron found files dictating the experiments on which unknown human bought on the black market or given to the research company for money were experimented on and mutated. Tafcor started to identify certain types of mutated humans and started work trying to find them a place in society for it was not their fault that they were experimented on. This long procedure, however, was helped with a newly formed government that had happened over the weeks that had followed the disaster now known as the Forty-Eight Hour War as it was clear that the government and indeed those of the world had become too lax on corporations. The new government was a democratic council of the planet that had a leader of each country elected a head which was a part of a council and yearly the leaders were re-elected. The new council accepted Tafcors ideas and allowed him a grant to start huge complexes all over the world. The complexes were a safe zone for those used in experiments within the facility. Along with this also came a social reform where a legal term was used to describe this new races known as AbnormalS. Abnormals were to be treated as average citizens however they required a special identity chip and ID card so that if they needed to be identified in detail all of their Abnormalities were listed. Although the law stated that all abnormals were equal to humans this didnt exactly change the publics mindset about them. Issues started and new laws were allowed into place including a special law enforcement division dedicated to handling civil unrest between abnormals and humans alike. Protests and riots soon followed but slowly died as humans finally started to realize that abnormals were no different to themselves and a new unity started to flow through the planet. With a new government, a new breed, a new world the planet was starting to show that it had more potential but only time would tell as the span of these events were only between a few months
