Echoes of the Fallen

It’s the year 3500 BBY, one hundred years after the Galactic War. The Galaxy is in shambles after all sides have suffered from heavy losses and infighting. The democratic Republic is teetering on collapse, its infrastructure damaged by the war. Revolts and protests spread through their systems, demanding reform or sparking outright rebellion, leaving the military spread thin as it handles to growing dissent. The Jedi Order has formed two sides. The True Jedi of Tython, with its Grandmaster Nimarra Skai, live on the birth world of the Jedi, making efforts to return to their roots of neutrality. Whereas the Knights of the Order, led by Cordus Maltese, continue to dwell within the Republic. Their political sway and ‘Way of the Light’ following rapidly growing. The Sith Empire is in shambles. With the death of the Emperor, the remaining five Dark Council Members have become Consuls, each laying claim to the broken Empire by their own right in an attempt to maintain order. Dukes, Counts and Lords have pledged their loyalty to one of the five sides in the warring states of the Old Empire. During this, rumors of a mysterious entity known only as the Steward searching for a new, worthy Emperor spread through the ranks of the Sith. During the chaos, CEO Paya Shacta has overthrown the Hutt Cartels, establishing the Kol’Kaar Foundation. Its corporate designs and profiteering leading it to be the sole stable power in the Galaxy. After years of fighting for peace, the Galaxy is once again on the brink of chaos. Tensions are high, and it will only be so long before the Factions, or their weary citizens, are pushed over the edge. As the Echoes of the Fallen begin to fade into the background, can the Galaxy once again Rise from the Ashes?
